Contact

Direct routes, clearly marked.

Use the structured message when the property details are ready. Email directly when the first step is a question, or when you want to change how you are contacted.

A property opportunity

Describe the property.

The intake page asks a few questions, prepares a message, and lets you review it before you send it from your own email. Approximate answers and unknowns are fine.

Discuss a property opportunity

A question

Ask directly.

A focused question can start by email. Replies come from the people who read property inquiries, and nothing about a question commits either side to anything.

Contact preferences

Change how you are contacted.

If you have heard from Coleman & Stengel Co. and would rather not, or want to be reached differently, email with the subject "Contact preference" and the name, address, or number the contact used. You do not need to complete the property form. Treat a request as pending until you receive a reply confirming it.
